Aloha Hot Dog
Yield: 8 servings
We first ran across this hot dog at a Saucy Dogs, a restaurant in Hilo, Hawaii. Great restaurant; strongly recommend you visit.
They were so good that we decided to make them ourselves. It's not quite as good as the original, but it's a hell of a lot cheaper than a flight to Hawaii for the real deal.

Ambrosia Salad

Scalloped Pineapple Casserole

Chili-Lime Chicken Kabobs
We wanted a way to mix fruit with our kabobs, and found this lime marinade for the chicken that gives it a wonderful flavor.

Sweet & Sour Pork
A few oil burns later, you've got a fantastic Chinese dish. A great combination of a lot of flavours, this is sure to please (and dirty a whole lot of dishes. :D)
