Braised Bear Steaks

This makes a whole ton of food -- great if you're serving an army.  It isn't very spicy, so feel free to kick it up a notch if you like some punch to your food.

Balsamic Pot Roast

I've always been a meat and potatoes kinda guy, and it's especially nice when it's this easy.  15 minutes of chopping vegetables and you're done.  Just sit back, relax, and let the slow cooker work it's magic.

A fun alternative to traditional buffalo chicken wings, these meatballs pack a lot of flavor and make for a great appetizer.  Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.

Bavette Farcie (Stuffed Steak)

This is a great way to class up a steak.  You've got to make sure to buy a thick-cut steak so that you can fit the stuffing.  Typically, this is done with a flank steak.  I cheated and used a sirloin steak, but it still tasted good.

Sweet & Sour Pork

A few oil burns later, you've got a fantastic Chinese dish.  A great combination of a lot of flavours, this is sure to please (and dirty a whole lot of dishes. :D)

Potato Soup

This recipe will make a tasy, creamy soup that fits a cold rainy day.  I had it with a side of homemade garlic bread to really complete the meal.  Give it a try.
