This is an alternative version of the raspberry mousse cake I made a year ago, adapted for Thanksgiving. The cake base layer is very soft, and the mousse will melt in your mouth.

A single base mixture serves to create three different flavors of cheeseball. All three are great, though my personal favorite is the Gorgonzola-cranberry.

Sweet potatoes are a staple of Thanksgiving dinner. I actually don't like sweet potatoes, but I'm told by everyone else that this turned out really well.

5 minutes of work to start your morning off right with a tasty fruit smoothie. Plus, you'll use up some of that leftover cranberry sauce from Thanksgiving.

This cranberry-mustard dip is great for Halloween because it looks like blood & guts. But don't be skerred, it still tastes good.

I made an apple-cranberry pie a while back, and decided that I wanted to try it with pears. The recipe is similar but slightly different. I think that it turned out with a unique flavor that you don't find often in a pie. (When was the last time you had a pear pie?)

The only acceptable conclusion to a Thanksgiving dinner is a homemade pie. I've always been partial to apple pie, and I decided to mix it up this time with some cranberries. The tart flavor of the berries makes this pie delicious.

This is a great thanksgiving or Christmas dessert. Topped with some mint leaves and a couple extra berries, this is a fantastic looking cheesecake that your family will remember.
This pie combines two tart fruits into a single recipe. Remember: real men bake their pie crusts from scratch...
