Yield: 8 servings
The classic St. Patrick's day dinner is very easy to make. I like to serve it with a bit of vinegar and some of Grandma's tea biscuits.

Grandma's Teabiscuits
Yield: 20 biscuits
This recipe is old. I'm not quite sure how old, but my Grandmother remembers her mother baking them when she was a child. So before cars, there were Grandma's Teabiscuits.
You top them with just about anything: peanut butter, jam, honey. They go with any meat & potatoes type of dinner and are simple to make.
