Yield: 6 servings
- 1 fresh pineapple
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Cut and core the pineapple. Cut into 1" chunks.
- In a mixing bowl, combine pineapple with all other ingredients. Toss to coat. Transfer to a casserole dish.
- Bake at 450°F for 25 minutes, stirring once in the middle.
- Serve warm, straight from the oven.
