Ingredients
- Dough for a 12" pizza
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 6 oz. blackberries, smashed with a fork
- 2 oz. shredded Parmesan
- 8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
- 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 6 oz. whole blackberries
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3 tbsp chopped basil
Directions
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface. Transfer to a sheet of parchment paper.
- Drizzle the olive oil onto the dough, and brush over the entire surface to the edges.
- Ladle the pulp of the blackberries onto the crust and spread like a pizza sauce. Top with the Parmesan and Swiss cheese. Dollop the ricotta over the pizza, and then top with whole blackberries and chopped green onions. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
- Bake at 475°F for 8-11 minutes. Broil for an additional 1-4 minutes if needed.
- Sprinkle with chopped basil and serve hot.
