Cheesy Baked Asparagus

Yield: 6 servings


  • 2 lbs. asparagus, stalks trimmed
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • Red pepper flakes, to taste


  1. Place the asparagus in an ungreased 9" x 13" baking dish.  Pour in the heavy whipping cream and toss in the garlic.  Season generously with salt & pepper.  Sprinkle with parmesan, mozzarella, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Bake at 400°F for 25-30 minutes, until the asparagus is tender.
  3. Serve immediately.
