Ingredients
- 28 Oreo cookies
- I'm cheap and used generic cookies. Everyone still enjoyed it.
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 2 packages (8 oz. each) Cool Whip topping, divided
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 packages (3.9 oz. each) instant chocolate pudding
- 3 cups milk
Directions
- Process the Oreos in a food processor until crumbly. Mix with the melted butter. Reserve 2 tbsp, and press the remainder into the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Cool.
- Mix together the cream cheese, one package Cool Whip, and powdered sugar. Spread over the cookie crust.
- Whisk together the chocolate pudding mix with the milk for 1-2 minutes. Spread over the cheese layer before it coagulates. Refrigerate for 5-10 minutes for it to solidify.
- Spread remaining package of Cool Whip over the pudding. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
