Ingredients
- Marinade
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp rice cooking wine
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- 2 tbsp Asian pear puree
- 1 lb. thinly sliced beef, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 large onion, cut into wedges.
- Cooked rice
- Chopped green onion.
Directions
- Combine all of the marinade ingredients together. Mix well. Add in the beef and mix together. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Heat a frying pan with some oil. Remove the beef from the marinade and fry until the meet is browned.
- Without draining and juices, add the onions into the pan and fry until tender.
- Serve the beef and onions over cooked rice. Garnish with green onion.
