Cheddar Bacon Chicken

Finding a way to combine chicken with cheese and bacon is a sure-fire formula for tastiness.  Give it a try and you'll agree.

Yield: 4 servings


  • 4 bonless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup tariyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked
  • 1/2 lb cheddar cheese, sliced


  1. Place  the chicken breasts in a greased casserole dish.  Brush with tariyaki sauce.  Bake at 425°F for 18 minutes.
  2. Remove from the oven.  Brush with BBQ sauce, top with bacon and cover with cheddar cheese.  Return to the oven for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Serve hot.
