Yield: 2 Servings
- 8 slices cinnamon-raisin bread
- 2 large tomato, sliced
- 12 slices provolone cheese
- 4 slices ham
- Spread 1 1/2 tsp of pesto onto each slice of bread. Top four of the slices with tomato, provolone, and ham. Complete the sandwich with the remaining slices.
- Spread butter on the outsides of the sandwiches, both top and bottom.
- Over medium heat, cook the sandwiches in a large skillet for 2-4 minutes on each side. Slice down the middle and serve warm.
