Ingredients
- 1 lb. trout fillet, skin on
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp basil
- 1/8 tsp thyme
- 1/8 tsp oregano
- 3-4 sprigs dill
- 1 lemon, sliced
Directions
- Pat the trout dry. Mix together the butter and minced garlic, and then brush over the trout.
- Mix together the salt, pepper, garlic powder, basil, thyme, and oregano. Sprinkle over the trout.
- Place the fish on the grill over medium heat, skin side down. Top with dill and lemon slices. Cook until the fish is done, about 10-15 minutes.
- Serve warm with additional lemon.
