Korean Pork Udon Noodles

Ingredients

  • Sauce
    • 2 tbsp gochujang
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 2 tbsp gochutgaru
    • 1 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp mirin
    • 2 tsp sesame oil
    • 3 tbsp water
  • Stir Fry
    • Udon noodes
    • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
    • 3 bunches green onions, sliced
    • 8 oz. ground pork
    • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Garnish
    • Sliced green onions
    • Sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Mix all the sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl.  Set aside.
  2. Prepare Udon noodles according to package direction.
  3. Heat some oil in a large skillet.  Add the green onion, ground pork, salt, and pepper.  Cook until the meat is cooked through.
  4. Add the noodles and sauce to the skillet.  Toss to coat.
  5. Serve hot.  Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
