Rocky Road Fondue

Yield: 8 servings


  • 16 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3 cups mini white marshmallows
  •  1/2 cups half-and-half
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • Dippers
    • Orange segments
    • Sliced apples
    • Halved strawberries
    • Full-sized marshmallows
    • Halved lady fingers


  1. In a large Dutch oven, combine the chocolate chips, marshmallows, half-and-half, and vanilla.  Heat gradually over low heat, stirring often, and being careful not to burn the chocolate.
  2. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts on top.
  3. Serve the chocolate warm with the dippers.  Skewer a dipper on a fondue fork and dip into the chocolate.  Eat and enjoy.
