Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

Yield: 6 servings


  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley


  1. Cut the potatoes into wedges.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the spices and Parmesan.  Toss with the potato wedges.
  4. Bake at 375°F for 25-35 minutes, until the potatoes are golden and the center is tender.
