Cider Vinegar Marinated Chicken

This marinade will give a tangy zip to your chicken.  It's pretty easy to make and with a little preparation, you can have an awesome meal.

Yield: 9 servings


  • Marinade
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 cup oil
    • 2 cups cider vinegar
    • 2 tbsp salt
    • 1 tbsp sage
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 3 lbs chicken breasts


  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs.  Add the oil and beat until mixed.  Add all the other marinade ingredients.
  2. Place the chicken into a sealable container and pour the marinade over the top.  Seal and let marinade overnight in the fridge.
  3. Grill over medium heat until cooked all the way through, approxmiately 10-15 minutes.
