Cajun Garlic Bread

Everyone loves garlic bread.  This cajun style recipe packs in some extra flavor from cheese and spices, making a perfect match with any meal of comfort food.

Yield: 30 pieces


  • 4 French rolls
  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 7 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup cajun seasoning


  1. Slice the rolls into 1" slices.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter.  Stir in the garlic.
  3. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.  Spray with cooking spray.
  4. Drip both sides of each bread slice in the butter & garlic.  Place on the baking sheet.  Sprinkle with cheese and cajun seasoning.
  5. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes.  Serve hot.
