This is a quick side dish that goes with any meal. There are some great flavors combined together and it only takes a couple minutes to throw together.
- 2 shallots. thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 12 oz. raw broccoli tips
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- In a skillet, sauté the shallots in olive. Add the garlic and cook for 30 more seconds.
- Add in the broccoli & lemon juice. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring regularly until cooked.
- Sprinkle with salt & pepper to desired.
