Beer Brats and Onions

It's hard to find something more classically Wisconsin than beer brats.  Most recipes don't have this many spices and instead just use plain beer, but I think that taking five minutes to get the right spices together takes the brats from good to great.

Yield: 5 brats

Grilled Burritos

I had never made grilled burritos before, but this seemed like a fun way to mix up the normal Mexican food routine.  If you like crispy shells then you'll love this.  As with all Mexican, feel free to play around with the fillings and substitute your favorite meats, vegetables, or toppings.

Yield: 8 burritos (4 servings)

Lemon Marinated Chicken

I made this to take my new grill on its maiden voyage, and boy did the chicken turn out well.  The flavor was clear but not overpowering, and the chicken was juicy and moist.  Overall, I couldn't ask for more on a test-run with a new grill.
