Ingredients
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onions
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley, divided
- 1 tsp oregan
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 10 oz. block feta
- Crackers
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the tomatoes, garlic, onion, 1 tbsp parsley, oregano, olive oil, and black pepper.
- Place the feta in an oven safe dish. Sprinkle the tomato mixture over top. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot, using a knife to cut bits of hot feta onto crackers.
