This is a classic that needs no introduction. You can swap around the vegetables to meet your own taste. It's a pretty tasty soup that everyone loves.
Ingredients
- 1 chicken thigh & leg
- 5 cups water
- 8 tsp chicken soup base
- 2-3 stalks of celery, chopped
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- spaghetti noodles, broken in half
Directions
- Cut up the chicken into small pieces. Put in pot.
- Disolve soup base in water. Add to chicken. Add in vegetables.
- Simmer for 1.5 - 2.0 hours (give or take a little).
- Add in spaghetti noodles. Continue simmering until they're cooked.'
- Serve hot.
