Chocolate Cranberry Mousse Cake

This is an alternative version of the raspberry mousse cake I made a year ago, adapted for Thanksgiving.  The cake base layer is very soft, and the mousse will melt in your mouth.

Chocolate Raspberry Mousse Cake

This is an amazing cake.  The flour-less base is very soft, and the two mousse layers just melt in your mouth.  It's well-worth the work.

Clementine Cupcakes

These flashy cupcakes are sure to turn heads.  The hardest part is peeling the membranes from the clementine sections, but once you've got that done it's smooth sailing the rest of the way.

And while you're at it, I suggest dipping a few extra sections in chocolate.  They make for a tasty snack.

Heart Cake

I made this cake for a friend's birthday.  It looks cool and tastes just as good.  I cheated and used store-bought frosting, though.  If you want to be adventurous then you could make homemade chocolate frosting.

Lemon Spearmint Ganache Candy

These are some fantastic candies made with a lemon mint ganache center.  The spearmint was pretty strong, so if it's not your favorite flavor then you may want to consider cutting back to about 35 leaves.

The centers were perfectly creamy.  Couldn't have asked for a better batch of ganache.

Lemon White Chocolate Cheesecake

Bored of plain cheesecakes?  Try this variation.  I really like lemon flavour, so I stepped up the amount of lemon peel.  The lemon curd sauce is simply delicious.  (In fact, I'm tempted to just eat the sauce by itself)
