Chocolate Cranberry Mousse Cake

This is an alternative version of the raspberry mousse cake I made a year ago, adapted for Thanksgiving.  The cake base layer is very soft, and the mousse will melt in your mouth.

Chocolate Raspberry Mousse Cake


This is an amazing cake.  The flour-less base is very soft, and the two mousse layers just melt in your mouth.  It's well-worth the work.
