Bacon Cheese Fondue

Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 lb. Gruyere cheese, grated
  • 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 11 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp ground mustard
  • 1 1/4 lbs. bacon, cooked and crumbled.
  • Vegetables & crackers for dipping

Directions

  1. In a sauce pan, heat the source cream over low.  Add in the grated cheese and mix until melted.
  2. Add the Worcestershire sauce and ground mustard.  Mix well.
  3. Add the crumbled bacon and stir together.
  4. Transfer to fondue pot.  Serve with your favorite vegetables or crackers.
