Jason's Spiced Cranberry Sauce

Yield: 3 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (12 oz.) cranberries
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/16 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 2/3 cup water

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
  2. Gradually heat until simmering.  Keep simmering until the berries have all burst.
  3. Cool to room temperature.  The sauce will thicken as it cools.
  4. Serve with your holiday dinner.
