Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus

Veggies are overrated.  But add in some bacon, and now you're talking.

Yield: 4 servings


  • 20 asparagus spears
  • 1 lb. bacon, halved lengthwise


  1. Trim the stem on each asparagus spear.
  2. Wrap the asparagus with a piece of raw bacon.  Secure both ends with toothpicks.
  3. Grill over medium heat for 8-10 minutes.  Discard toothpicks and serve warm.
