Orange Cranberry Banana Smoothie

5 minutes of work to start your morning off right with a tasty fruit smoothie.  Plus, you'll use up some of that leftover cranberry sauce from Thanksgiving.

Yield: 2 servings


Ingredients


  • 4 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup yogurt

Directions


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.  Process on max speed until smooth.
  2. Pour into two glasses.  Enjoy.
