Yield: 30 pieces
- 4 French rolls
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 7 cloves garlic, minced
- 2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup cajun seasoning
- Slice the rolls into 1" slices.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter. Stir in the garlic.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray with cooking spray.
- Drip both sides of each bread slice in the butter & garlic. Place on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with cheese and cajun seasoning.
- Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
