I'm not usually a fan of vegetables, but I will occasionally find a dish worth trying.  This one is quite easy to prepare and serves as a good side dish for just about any meal.

Apple Cranberry Pie

The only acceptable conclusion to a Thanksgiving dinner is a homemade pie.  I've always been partial to apple pie, and I decided to mix it up this time with some cranberries.  The tart flavor of the berries makes this pie delicious.

Sesame Chocolate Chip Cookies

I was going through my cabinet trying to think of how to spruce up some plain cookies, and I found some extra sesame seeds laying around.  On a whim, I tried combining them with a classic cookie recipe and it turned out to be great!  You can taste the sesame and they add a unique flavor.
