Yield: 4 servings
- 4 bonless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup tariyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 4 slices bacon, cooked
- 1/2 lb cheddar cheese, sliced
- Place the chicken breasts in a greased casserole dish. Brush with tariyaki sauce. Bake at 425°F for 18 minutes.
- Remove from the oven. Brush with BBQ sauce, top with bacon and cover with cheddar cheese. Return to the oven for 3-5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
