- 1 bunch of asparagus
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp lime curd
- Juice from one lime
- Salt water
- Peel and trim the asparagus stalks. Wrap them together using cooking string.
- Combine the butter, curd, and juice and mix until smooth. If needed, put in the microwave for a few seconds to warm it up.
- Bring salt water to a boil. Drop the asparagus bundle in and cover until it starts boiling again. Remove cover and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
- Remove the asparagus, cut the string, and arrange on serving platter. Pour the lime sauce over the top and serve.
