Chocolate Chip Muffins

This is great because you can pretend you're eating something healthy.


Ingredients


  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted and cooled)
  • 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 package milk chocolate chips (6 oz)

Directions


  1. Mix flour, sugars, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In separate bowl, combine milk, butter, eggs, & vanilla.  Gradually pour in the dry ingredients.  Stir in chocolate chips.
  3. Fill 12 muffin cups.  Bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Cool on wire rack.
