Chocolatey brownies with cream-cheese swirled through. Top with some chocolate frosting and ice cream for a complete dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 package brownies (19.5 oz)
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
- 6 tbsp butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- Chocolate frosting (optional)
- Ice cream (optional)
Directions
- Prepare brownie mix according to package. Spread 2 cups in bottom of 13x9 inch greased baking dish. Set remained aside.
- In separate bowl, mix cream cheese, butter, sugar, flour, and vanilla. Add eggs and mix just until combined. Spread evenly over brownie mix. Top with remaining brownie mix.
- Run a knife through the batter to swirl it.
- Bake at 350°F for 32-40 minutes.
- Cool completely on wire rack.
- Optionally, top with chocolate frosting and serve with ice cream.
