Chocolate Sandwich Cookies

These sandwich cookies will impress everyone.  They're soft, moist, and very tasty.


Ingredients


  • Cookies
    • 2 packages (18.25 oz each) devil's food cake mix
    • 1 cup vegetable oil
    • 4 eggs
  • Filling
    • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
    • 1/4 cup butter, softened
    • 3 1/4 cup confectioner's sugar
    • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions


  1. Combine cake mixes, oil, and egg.  Roll into 1-inch balls.  Do not flatten.
  2. Bake at 350°F for 8 minutes.  Cool.  (They'll flatten while cooling)
  3. Mix cream cheese and butter until well blended.  Add sugar and vanilla.
  4. Spread filling on bottom of half the cookies.  Top with remaining cookies.
